Thailand Investments is in the process of finalizing its architectural drawings and investment planning for a Pattaya condominium sight it has selected for a new Sea View Condominiums in Pattaya. The Thailand Investments new Condominium in Pattaya will be conveniently located in a high demand area with ease of public transportation and within easy walking distance to the beach.

Thailand Investments construction team will turnkey manage this project from start to finish and is looking for an investment partner(s) willing to invest 50 million Baht (Approx. 670,000 Pounds) for approximately 3 years. The additional money required will come from local finance facilities in Thailand.

We project the total amount (original investment + profit) returned to the investor within a 3 years period will be 150 million Baht (Approx. 2,000,000 Pounds).
