Thailand Investments has two housing estate developments in the Mabprachon lake area
near horseshoe point that it is considering taking over and developing. Thailand Investments construction team would turnkey manage either project from start to finish and is looking for an investment partner(s) willing to invest 25 million Baht (Approx. 335,000 Pounds) for approximately 2 years. The additional money (if required) would come from local finance facilities in Thailand. We project the total amount (original investment + profit) returned to the investor within a 2 years period will be 50 million Baht (Approx. 1,000,000 Pounds). Once we receive the form back from the Investor with their signature, we will provide the Investor with a detailed business plan as the next step. |
